Finally - I have conquered Archival Inks. I have never had any luck stamping with them before. I bought myself a new inkpad and a couple of bottles of reinker and soaked the pad with around half a bottle of re inker. Success - great impression with the first stamping.
This stamp is from the new Darkroom Door release. I have coloured it with distress inks - smooched on my glass mat and then brushed on with a water brush - though not much water. It was so nice to see that if you went out of the edges of the stamp onto the darker black background you couldn't see where it happened. Yippee = success with archival inks.
Hope you enjoy.

REALLY STRIKING! just so vibrant with that blue border and the watercoloring is so soft for the contrast. YUMMY! just making me stare at it and see each detail. this is very successful : ) thanks for sharing and inspiring me. Teresa
